Architectural Review Board (ARB)
Overview
New construction? Adding a pool? Building a fence? Making changes to landscaping?
Per the Summerhaven covenants, please contact the Architectural Review Board (ARB) to obtain written approval prior to adding or making changes to existing structures. Written approval from the ARB is also required for landscaping or fencing additions or alterations.
ARB Process
Prior to starting your project, the ARB should be given two (2) sets of completed plans and specifications showing the nature, type, shape, height, materials, and location of structural additions or changes.

When applicable or appropriate for your project, you may send requests via e-mail to: boardofdirectors@mysummerhaven.org.
After review, all submissions will be officially approved or denied, in writing, to the property owner.
All unauthorized changes or additions to structures -- or other violations of community covenants -- should be reported to the Board of Directors.
